I just burned a "fall soundtrack" for the car, something to jazz up the morning commute once I find out where the traffic's backing up and what areas I need to avoid. I started it with a couple of soundtrack tunes for the kids on the way to school. Then the rest is for me and my thirty minute drive from there to work.
What's on my "Fall Soundtrack":
- "Dig It" - HOLES Soundtrack
- "No Way Out" - BROTHER BEAR Soundtrack
- "On My Way" - BROTHER BEAR Soundtrack
- "Beloved" - Derek Webb
- "Raised In Harlem" - !HERO Soundtrack
- "Inside Out" - SMALLVILLE Soundtrack
- "Superman" - SMALLVILLE Soundtrack
- I didn't pay much attention to the order of the rest of the cuts, and because the first ones are for the kids, I also haven't listened much past "Superman". But I also added Jeremy Camp, "Bigger Than My Body" on John Mayer's new CD, a tune or two from Further Seems Forever, and some free MP3s from GrassrootsMusic. All a good mix, good driving/thoughtful stuff.
